General:

To book an appointment online, please create an account first. You will receive an email to verify your account. Please do so to create a login password for your account.
After you have created and verified your accont, please return to this page to book an appointment.
Appointments for Sundays cannot be booked online. If you wish to schedule an in-person or virtual consultation appointment for a Sunday, please call / email / whatsapp us at least 24 hours in advance.

You can only reschedule an in-person appointment booked online to a different day and / or time of your choosing. You cannot cancel an appointment online.
If you wish to cancel a scheduled appointment, please call / email / send a whatsapp message confirming the cancellation.
You will need to pay the consultation charges at the clinic when you attend your appointment.
Alternatively, you may pay in advance for your appointment if you wish to.

E-consultation will be conducted via Zoom meeting. The email confirming your appointment will include details of the zoom meeting.
If you wish to have the virtual consultation via Whatsapp video call instead of zoom meeting please send a message via whatsapp to confirm the same.
You can only rescedule an appointment online to a different day and / or time of your choosing. You cannot cancel an appointment online.
You will need to pay in advance for a virtual consultation. Please make the payment and send the payment confirmation details (screenshot / image) by whatsapp.
Please send the payment confirmation at least 4 hours before the scheduled time of appointment else your appointment will be cancelled.
IMPORTANT: Please note that consultation charges paid will not be refunded if you choose to cancel an appointment for virtual consultation / e-consultation for any reason.
If you still wish to cancel a scheduled virtual / e-consultation appointment, please call / email / send a whatsapp message confirming the cancellation.
